3 Axle Sidewall Semi Trailer

Adopting a three-axis (usually 3 × 13 ton axle) design, the load distribution is uniform, and the rated load can reach 40-60 tons, suitable for heavy loads.
Low center of gravity, steel frame (Q345/Q460 high-strength steel) with good rigidity, strong stability and torsional resistance under high-speed and complex road conditions, and less prone to rollover.

All steel side walls and bottom plates (thickened steel plates+reinforced ribs), resistant to impact, anti expansion box, no deformation, suitable for transporting coarse and heavy goods such as sand, gravel, and steel.
Automatic welding of key parts, overall electrophoresis/anti rust coating, corrosion resistance, long service life, and low maintenance cost.

The side walls are mostly segmented/detachable/openable (flip/fully open), supporting side forklift loading and unloading, top lifting, and tail loading and unloading, with high efficiency.
Dismantling the side wall can temporarily be used as a flatbed truck to transport goods that are too long, too wide, or too high (such as steel pipes, wood, and mechanical equipment).

The high side panel (60-150cm) can effectively prevent the dumping and leakage of goods (such as grain, coal, sand and gravel), reduce cargo damage and road risks.
